Welcome to Snugzii. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of snugzii.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you provide is accurate.
Products & pricing
All prices on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, but small variations can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update product information at any time without notice.
If we identify a pricing error after you place an order, we’ll contact you and offer to either honour the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order on the Site, you’re making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but the contract of sale only forms once we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
Payment
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout (typically Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or similar). Payment is processed by our payment providers and we do not store full card details on our servers.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping arrangements, costs and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns & refunds
Our return and refund process, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, is set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Snugzii name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or that interferes with the operation of the Site or other users’ experience. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are breached.
Reviews & user content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant Snugzii a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business (including marketing). You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the price you paid for the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. This clause does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
