We currently ship Australia-wide only. Every Snugzii order is dispatched from our overseas fulfilment warehouse and delivered to your door by an Australian carrier (Australia Post or Aramex) with full tracking. Here's exactly what to expect.

How dispatch works

We work with an overseas fulfilment partner who ships your order directly to Australia. Once your order is placed:

  1. The order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
  2. The parcel travels to Australia via tracked international airmail.
  3. The final-mile delivery is handled inside Australia by Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastway), depending on your address.
  4. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships, and updates as it progresses.

Typical end-to-end delivery for most Australian addresses is 7–14 business days from the day the order is placed.

Where we ship

All Australian states and territories, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Remote-area deliveries (e.g. parts of WA, NT, Tasmania, Cape York) may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch — this is normal for international tracking handoff. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or email support@snugzii.com with your order number.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Severe weather, peak periods (Christmas, Click Frenzy, EOFY) and customs processing can occasionally add a few days. If your order is more than 5 business days past the 14-day estimate, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Customs & duties

You won't pay any extra customs or duty fees on delivery. The advertised price is the price you pay — anything required by Australian customs is included.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your order as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, contact support@snugzii.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We'll either resend the item or issue a full refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error within an hour of ordering, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.
