If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email support@snugzii.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped we can't make changes. If the box arrives unopened and you've changed your mind, you can return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened orders.

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details.

Free tracked shipping across Australia. Orders dispatch from our overseas warehouse and arrive via Australia Post or Aramex — typical delivery is 1–2 weeks (7–14 business days). Remote-area deliveries can take an extra 3–5 days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You'll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email support@snugzii.com with your order number.

Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier and either resend the item or issue a full refund.

It performs best in a dimmed or dark room — the 600 ANSI lumens model class is built for evenings, bedrooms and indoor cinema setups. For brighter rooms, draw the curtains or wait until dusk for the best image.

Yes — built-in app support covers most major streaming services. App availability and login requirements can vary by app, device, subscription and region. Some paid services may restrict wireless mirroring; use built-in apps or HDMI where required.

Up to a 100" image depending on how far the projector sits from the surface. A 2.5–3 metre throw distance is the sweet spot for most rooms.

Yes. The 360° adjustable stand tilts the lens straight up so you can watch a movie lying flat in bed.

If the box is unopened and in its original sealed condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees. Once the box has been opened we can't accept change-of-mind returns. See Refund Policy.

Email support@snugzii.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full — your choice. This is separate from change-of-mind returns and is covered by Australian Consumer Law.

We don't offer an additional manufacturer warranty at this stage. Your statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply — we will honour those, including replacement or refund for major faults.
